Although the Company provides full security and secrecy to your personal information, we urge you to be careful with very sensitive information and do not share it with any third party claiming to be related to the Company on separate emails/phone calls etc. The Company disclaims any and all liabilities towards any such claims that have arisen due to your own negligence or wilful misconduct and the Company takes no responsibility of the same.
At present, we don’t offer any return or refund on goods once purchased. However, in case the goods have been damaged/mutilated during transit we might consider replacing the article.
Our return policy lasts only for 3 days. To initiate the return
process would request you to inform us through email
(contact@wexpressyou.com) along with the photos of the
damaged/mutilated product within 3 days. If 3 days have passed since
your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you
return is approved, then we send another copy of the goods.
In case another copy of the book is not available we will initiate the
refund process within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive
a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
