I would not recommend this book to anyone. It is not the way you should train or lift weights. I do not mean that \u201cSquat Every Day\u201d<\/strong> is a bad protocol. It\u2019s tough! I agree! But more than that, my approach was flawed. I wasn\u2019t resting enough. In between, I introduced other protocols. I was popping analgesics and did a host of other incorrect things.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, I request you to read this book. But why? You might ask.<\/p>\n

For one thing, this book tells you about your mind\u2019s and body\u2019s capabilities. Reading the book, you will discover how you can tame them, turning them into partners to help you achieve your goals.<\/p>\n

More than \u201cSquat Every Day,\u201d this book is about you, and even if you are not into weight training, it will create a mindset that will lead you towards success.<\/p>\n
